Who are we?
- I’m Amy, a mom of two, and I run this little shop to bring fun, high-quality kids' accessories to families like yours. Every item is chosen with love and care, just like I’d do for my own kids.
- My daughter’s love for accessories and the memory of my mom, who passed away from cancer, inspired me to start this business. It’s a way to celebrate self-expression and keep a little part of her with me.

- We’re a small, woman-owned business run right from my home in California. Every order is packed and shipped by hand with a lot of heart.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If it’s not quite right, no worries—returns and exchanges are easy within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Policy
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- To start a return, please email us at support@petalandcharm.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive your item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Need a different size, color, or style? No problem! Simply reach out to us at support@petalandcharm.com, and we'll help you with the exchange process.
- We’ll send out your replacement item as soon as we receive the original.
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@petalandcharm.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We'll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
