About Us

Who are we? 

  • I’m Amy, a mom of two, and I run this little shop to bring fun, high-quality kids' accessories to families like yours. Every item is chosen with love and care, just like I’d do for my own kids. 
  • My daughter’s love for accessories and the memory of my mom, who passed away from cancer, inspired me to start this business. It’s a way to celebrate self-expression and keep a little part of her with me.

Where are we based? 

  • We’re a small, woman-owned business run right from my home in California. Every order is packed and shipped by hand with a lot of heart. 

What makes us different? 

  • I believe accessories should be more than just cute—they should help kids express themselves and add a spark of joy to their everyday adventures. 
  • Each piece is designed to be fun, durable, and something your little one will love to wear again and again.

    • We’re working hard to get your order out quickly, so we might not be able to cancel it once it’s being processed.
    • However, if it hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we can offer a full refund. Just email us at support@petalandcharm.com with your order number, and we’ll handle the rest.

    • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

    • Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

    Lost or Delayed Package

    • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at support@petalandcharm.com, and we'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

    Pre-order Products

    • Payment is processed at the time of your pre-order to secure your item. This helps us ensure we’re producing the correct quantity for our customers. Pre-orders typically ship within 1-2 weeks, depending on the product. 

     

    Returns & Exchanges

    We want you to love your purchase. If it’s not quite right, no worries—returns and exchanges are easy within 30 days of receiving your order. 


    Return Policy

    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
    Initiate a Return
    • To start a return, please email us at support@petalandcharm.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive your item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
    Exchanges
    • Need a different size, color, or style? No problem! Simply reach out to us at support@petalandcharm.com, and we'll help you with the exchange process.
    • We’ll send out your replacement item as soon as we receive the original.
    Refunds
    • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during purchase.
    • Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
    Damaged or Defective Items
    • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@petalandcharm.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We'll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
